Andrew Rose spent 13 years as Finance Director of a number of small and medium sized listed companies in the oil & gas sector, and prior to that spent over 20 years in investment banking. As a Finance Director he was responsible for the public floatation of a company on the UK stock market and its eventual sale to a corporate buyer several years later, the raising of both private equity and bank debt facilities, and a number of acquisitions. As an investment banker he had a broad experience of debt and equity capital raising, derivatives and advisory work with such banks as JP Morgan, Natwest Markets, and Societe Generale.
Since retiring from full-time employment in 2015 Andrew has worked with Client Insight on a consultancy basis, becoming Finance Director in January 2017.
He is also active in the not-for profit sector, where he is Vice-Chairman and Treasurer of the Cardinal Hume Centre, a residential hostel and advice centre for young homeless and jobless in London, and a Trustee of Embercombe, a land-based learning and leadership development centre for young adults located in Devon.
