Contractor Notified
The contractor who left the review is notified and given an opportunity to provide their perspective and any supporting evidence.
Admin Review
Our team reviews both sides impartially, considering all evidence presented. This typically takes 5-10 business days.
Decision & Action
We issue a written decision. Depending on our findings, the review may be upheld, modified, or removed. Both parties can appeal within 14 days.

We comply with the Consumer Review Fairness Act. Honest reviews are protected, but they must be truthful. We never remove legitimate negative reviews, but we will act on reviews that are demonstrably false, defamatory, or violate our guidelines.
